From the Hills
of Nepal
Growing up in the hills of Kathmandu Valley, Prashansha witnessed firsthand the gap between healthcare need and access. That early experience planted a seed of purpose that would guide every step of her medical career.
After completing her MBBS with distinction at Tribhuvan University, she pursued advanced training in internal medicine, earning her MD and additional certifications in occupational health and preventive medicine. She has since served in government hospitals, private clinics, and corporate health programs across Nepal.
Today, Dr. Karki combines rigorous clinical training with a deeply human approach — believing that the best medicine starts with listening. Her practice is built on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to each patient's long-term wellbeing.
